Who Is Mr. Fix It Property / Home Inspections

My name is Graham Minter and my wife is Margarita Minter together we have been starring in our business for 5 years, we live in Bucerias Nay. Mexico for more than 18 years, we love living in Bucerias, we have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Our passion is working together as a family.

Our team has a combined experience of over 25 years in the real estate and construction industry. This has given us a detailed understanding of how properties are built, and a passion for ensuring they are finished and equipped according to established codes and regulations.

As an ASHI Certified Inspector, we apply that experience and knowledge to serving our clients with the best home inspection available.

Our Qualifications

Besides performing home inspections in Mexico for the past 5 years, I also have over 25 years in this field in Chicago Ilinois in the United States, as well as in the construction industry.  This included new home construction, light commercial and a very extensive amount (over 10 million dollars worth) of remodeling background.

We do not hold ourselves to be specialists for any particular item.  We are a general inspection company.  If we report that an item is not inspected, not performing its intended function or needs repair, we urge you to have that item examined by a specialist before making any final decisions.

Inspections help prevent incidents, injuries and illnesses. Through an examination of the properties, inspections help to identify and record hazards for corrective action, life, safety and health issues as well.

Mr. Fix It, has been contracted to perform home inspection services at your home or business for the prospective buyer  or renter and we thank you for your hospitality in allowing us to help your client. Our inspectors are certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We perform all inspections to the ASHI Standards of Practice for home inspections and adhere to the ASHI Code of Ethics. We are also members of (INTERNACHI) International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.  

We are members in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). 

We have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

We have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

We have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

We fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.
