About me

I have over 25yrs working with the public with regards to rental properties, tenant relations, and maintenance. 

I was in charge of 102 rental properties in the US and was a licensed plumber, electrician and locksmith in that same time frame.

Since I moved to Mexico I have been involved with real estate and have seen a strong need for trades people services both in the maintenance end of things and in the preventative side as well so I created MrFixit property inspections and property management. 

We have a dedicated team that I support with my maintenance skills and they support the property management and customer service side of the house.
